Our first priority is simple: establish the organisation, build a welcoming community of players, begin regular music sessions, develop relationships with schools and local groups, and make affordable instruments available to those who need them most.

As the project develops, we hope to expand the range of activities on offer. These may include workshops, performances, outreach programmes, instrument maintenance sessions and, in time, carefully supervised opportunities for people who wish to learn more about instrument making.

No organisation can achieve lasting change alone. We will continue to seek partnerships with musicians, schools, community organisations, businesses, grant funders and volunteers who share our belief that traditional music should be accessible to everyone.

Success will not be measured simply by numbers. It will be seen in the confidence of a beginner playing their first tune, friendships formed through music, volunteers discovering new purpose, and traditions being passed from one generation to the next.
